Detailed Description and Instructions:

PV-WIN HERstory

The member developing this project first coordinated with the communications department to obtain guidelines on how to submit articles to the corporate communications weekly news. Then an email to generate interest among members was sent to all members.

The planning meeting was then held with the members who were interested in participating. At that time a schedule for submissions was determined, with each interested member choosing the week in which they would like to submit their articles for publication in the corporate communication weekly news.

Articles were submitted to the officer team one week prior to submission to corporate communications for general review.

Authors then submitted final articles to the corporate communications team for publication on the date specified for publication the following week.

An additional activity that could be considered would be to host a brown bag session during the month of March and ask each of the authors to present on their subjects to allow for development of presentation and public speaking skills as well.
