Mentoring Program materials to help a hub get started with a program. This includes initial assessment for mentors/mentees to help with pairing, an introduction to the program presentation, an example newsletter that could be modified and used each month and the pairing evaluation questionnaire to be used annually to evaluate the program and get feedback from the participants in the program.
