The Atomic Allies has launched a quarterly webinar series, and registration is now available for the 2025 second quarter webinar. Join NAYGN, ANS, NEI and U.S WIN to discuss where the future of nuclear is headed!

NAYGN conducts a biennial Career Report Survey to explore the perspective of the nuclear workforce on what it will take to attract new talent to the industry, what will engage the existing workforce, and what it will take to retain the existing talent within the industry. In this webinar, we will discuss key takeaways from NAYGN’s 2024 career report, which can be found here!

The purpose of the 2024 NAYGN Career Report is to explore the perspective of the nuclear energy workforce in the following areas:

  • What it will take to attract new talent to the industry
  • What will engage the existing workforce
  • What will retain the existing talent within the industry

The 2024 Career Report explores various perspectives of what it will take to support the Nuclear Industry and the people who make it successful day in and out. The report includes graphs breaking down the data from respondents, including breakdowns by position, years of experience, ethnicity, gender, level of education, etc. Figure 35 from the 2024 report, which is part of an interesting discussion on compensation by gender, is shown below as an example of the insights available within the report.

Join us on May 1 to learn more about what our industry can learn from the 2024 NAYGN Career Report!
