Application Process Soon To Open
The U.S. WIN GROW Committee is looking forward to opening the application process for the upcoming 2025-2026 program year. The application process will open in early June and close on August 8, 2025. The program kickoff will occur in October 2025.
The current program kicked off on October 10, 2024, with a warm welcome and opening remarks from Juliann Edwards, U.S. WIN Chair, followed by program testimonials from some of our mentors and mentees, Price Collins, Haley Fuller, Diana Peck-Earley, and Maryanne Stasko.
Building off the growing success of the 2023-2024 program, the current 2024-2025 program includes 79 mentors and 91 mentees. The program focus is to provide the Mentees with tools for “Being the Best You”. This occurs by meeting with their mentors regularly and participating in the GROW program general sessions. We encourage mentors to return to the program to continue mentoring new members.
Dr. LaKisha White, U.S. WIN GROW program chair provided the charge to the participants, by inspiring them to all “pay it forward” by using the skills and knowledge gained in the program and helping others. Next, Rebecca Salvadore, U.S. WIN Vice Chair, talked about the importance of mentoring.

The U.S. WIN GROW program’s objective is to provide personal development, build a learning culture, build connections and community within the mentoring network, develop leadership skills, support diversity and inclusivity, develop self-confidence and self-awareness.
