An award-winning protocol for effectively engaging, sustaining and deepening interracial dialogue. Using the Framework for Systemic Racial Equity Transformation, an Equity Transformation Specialist will help address persistent racial disparities intentionally, explicitly, and comprehensively.

Critical part of this training is keeping camera’s on in breakouts and engagement from the staff.
