The U.S. WIN Nuclear Executives of Tomorrow (NEXT) program nominations are now being accepted! The nomination window is open from January 12 – February 20, 2026. Nominations should be submitted by CNOs, CEOs or similar executives, for ambitious leaders within 1-3 years from advancement to an executive position. Candidates can be female or male with an interest in developing their personal and professional growth as a leader. Nomination screening and interviews will occur during the month of March and the new cohort will be notified in April. The NEXT program has a 60%+ promotion rate within 1 year of graduation for cohort members.
