As you prepare to submit your 4th quarter metrics (due by January 30), please remember to use the new form that is sent to you by your reviewer when submitting your metrics and provide as much detail as you can on your events.  If you are not sure of a category for your event, please refer to the “Guideline to Chapter Quarterly Reports,” which can be found on the Metrics Committee page.

Each quarter, your chapter’s metrics must be submitted on time to qualify for the Chapter Excellence Awards. Please note that submitting a blank form is sufficient to keep the chapter in good standing for awards.
