NEXT21: The NukeBosses

JULY 2021

After a year of intensive introspection, personal coaching, and professional development opportunities, twelve of the nuclear industry’s brightest leaders have grown into their unique leadership personae and are prepared to pave paths for the next generation of women in the nuclear industry. Through comprehensive, guided self-evaluations and daily peer accountability, each member of NEXT21 has found their voice and identified and built their tribes for networks of continued support. We are proud to announce the 2021 graduates of Nuclear Executives of Tomorrow.
