Summary of Activity:

Each year, the Nuclear Executives of Tomorrow (NEXT) cohort has a capstone project. The 2019 cohort developed a website with a Development and Growth Toolkit for their capstone project. This toolkit includes a self assessment tool, resources to develop their knowledge and skills related to specific leadership traits, examples of experiences that can be leveraged to develop specific skills, and personal videos and quotes to support one’s learning.
