The U.S. Women in Nuclear National Conference brings together the industry’s leaders, thinkers, and doers together to accelerate careers, expand networks, and shape the future of nuclear energy.
From licensing and regulatory reform to next-gen fuel, inclusion, workforce development, and transformative leadership, #USWIN2026 is the place to exchange ideas, build trust through mentoring and community conversations, and learn directly from those driving progress.
Registration is now open! Register by May 31 to secure your spot at the Early Registration rates. Advance registration ends July 12.
Workshop: Powering Progress With Your Unique Strengths
*This workshop requires an additional fee and must be selected as an add-on during conference registration.
If you’re feeling stuck or uninspired, this interactive workshop helps you identify your strengths, understand what motivates you, and develop strategies to boost your impact.
Participants will receive:
• A personalized strengths profile
• Insights into their energy drivers and drainers
• An action plan for applying their strengths
• Access to the Talent Alchemy app
Sponsored Student Program
Help support the next generation of nuclear professionals. The Sponsored Student Program provides selected students studying nuclear energy, science, technology, policy, radiation-related fields, and related disciplines with:
• Conference registration
• Shared hotel accommodations (August 2–5)
• Access to conference sessions and events
• Hosted meals and receptions
