Submit by January 31, 2026
Please submit your 4th quarter metrics for events between October 1 and December 31 by January 31. Metrics need to be uploaded to the U.S. WIN website. As you prepare to submit, please remember to use the new form sent to you by your reviewer when submitting your metrics and provide as much detail as you can on your events. If you are unsure of a category for your event, please refer to the “Guideline to Chapter Quarterly Reports,” which can be found on the Metrics Committee page.
Each quarter, your chapter’s metrics must be submitted on time to qualify for the Chapter Excellence Awards. Please note that submitting a blank form is sufficient to keep the chapter in good standing for awards. If your metrics contact has changed for your site, please notify the Metrics Committee at win.metrics@gmail.com.
